After working in property management for several years, we kept seeing the same problems: poor communication, confusing fees, and owners who felt like they were just another account in a big system.

We knew there had to be a better way.

We have be renting with them for years, they have always taken great care of us, notably any time the house needed anything they where absolutely on it example a/c went out, I made one call and they had some one there within a couple of hours. Honestly I can’t say good enough things about them. When we decided we needed more space, we shopped around but ultimately knew we would be staying with them, they showed us multiple options and they found the perfect new place for us! We couldn’t be happier knowing they’re here for us when we need them.

good & kind people to rent through amazing with working with you if you run into some struggle keep communication & they are very accommodating & will work with you.supper appreciate everything these people have done for my kids & I through the worst time in our lives thank you for all your help I would totally rent through them again & hope to again one day.also anytime we needed something fixed put in a work order & it got fixed the fixer guys are very nice to really appreciate all the people here.God bless them all

AR and his team do an excellent job of managing my property. He has a great deal of connections with maintenance, cleaning crew's, etc.. so that if anything is needed it can be done quickly and at reasonable prices. The company responds in reasonable amount of time to any inquires and have been able to get tenants when needed rather quickly. I would recommend Promanage Tx to anyone looking for a property manager.

We were referred to ProManage from a neighbor of our former home, turned rental property, when we expressed dissatisfaction with our then-current property manager. We started to vet them as we did the previous manager and quickly realized we were better off cutting ties at the end of the lease with our old manager and moving to ProManage. Since hiring them, we landed a great couple into our home as tenants and the process gave us just the right balance of being in the loop but not needing to do any heavy lifting. We are greatly pleased with the service, communication, and overall work ethic of the ProManage team. We look forward to keeping them on as our property managers for years to come.
