After owner or current tenant moves out the home must be professional cleaned to include:

Deep Cleaning
Lawn must be properly manicured to include:
flower beds free of weeds
lawn mowed
pool/hot tub if applies cleaned
All utilities must stay on until leased.
Property Insurance
Add ProManage to your property insurance and provide us a copy
Confirm if there are any restrictions such as breed restrictions or trampoline restrictions with your insurance.
HOA (If applies)
Email us a copy to HOA rules/regulations along with HOA website
Contact HOA and get us added to receive any notifications/violations.
