  • All management paperwork is completed.
  • Tax and banking information completed.

Property Code Inspection

  • Property managers and landlords in Texas are required by law to comply with state property codes. Chapter 92 of the Texas Property Code addresses property code specific to rental properties.

Make Ready

  • After owner or current tenant moves out the home must be professional cleaned to include:
    • Appliances
    • Carpets
    • Deep Cleaning

  • Lawn must be properly manicured to include:
    • flower beds free of weeds
    • lawn mowed
    • pool/hot tub if applies cleaned

  • All utilities must stay on until leased.

Property Insurance

  • Add ProManage to your property insurance and provide us a copy
  • Confirm if there are any restrictions such as breed restrictions or trampoline restrictions with your insurance.

HOA (If applies)

  • Email us a copy to HOA rules/regulations along with HOA website
  • Contact HOA and get us added to receive any notifications/violations.

  • Please list any/all amenities associated with your home as well as any unique features.
  • Will appliances/items be staying?
    Please list:
    • Contact information for home warranty if applies (Add ProManage as a contact)
    • Contact info for any lawn maintenance or pool maintenance companies currently being used.
