Timely resolution of repairs. What I really appreciate is that they aim to be a true liaison between us and the landlord to meet both party's needs. They've encouraged our landlord, for example, to paint the exterior so that our house is consistent with the upkeep of the neighborhood. I also like the easy system to set up automatic payments and requests for service.

Since ProManage has taken things over, there is a huge difference and it's all for the better. Response times are great, customer service is very friendly and professional. The portal is much more intuitive as well.

Promanage has been managing my property for about little over a year. They have been very professional and very responsive on their service, exactly what you would expect from your property manager. Everything I asked for and explained how I would like the property to be managed, have been executed. I haven't seen any other company with the fee structure they have. If they can keep this type of service and fee structure, I don't see how any other company can compete with them. I would encourage anyone to give them a try.
