ProManage LLC was founded in 2018, Samantha has experience in the property management business surpassing 10 years. Samantha started her career in real estate in Florida 2010. From the onset property management was the route she was looking to take. Beginning working originally for Dockside Properties out of Cape Coral. She took the management company from scratch and grew the portfolio to over 100 properties in a year. Later adding a seasonal rental wing to the department. Samantha received her Texas real estate license in Summer of 2016, and worked for a few years in Austin and Killeen/Temple under a national firm where she was a top producing agent. In late 2018, she decided to set out on her own and ultimately start ProManage LLC, allowing for more flexibility to have one on one relationships with clients and provide personal customer service. Our current partnership with Brautigan Realty allows us to better serve our clients all around Central Texas, whether they need property management, or buying and selling needs!
